Machine Learning is one of the future technologies and its market is expected to grow at the rate of 44% in a period of 3-5 years. Machine Learning has evolved from Science fiction to reality in a short span. Machine learning is not always as big as we think. Even small inventions that we utilize on a daily basis have machine learning ingrained in its core. It is the core of multiple new innovations made by smartphone companies, tech giants, and software makers. ML, a subset of AI, enabled with trained algorithms and neural network models, will autonomously learn from data and continuously improve performance and decision making accurately for specific tasks.
In the past decade, machine learning has given us self-driving cars, practical speech recognition, effective web search, and a vastly improved understanding of the human genome. It is a pervasive technology that has entered into our life knowingly or unknowingly. Many researchers also think it is the best way to make progress towards human-level AI.
The course will be useful for students, faculty of engineering and sciences and industry people who are interested in learning Machine Learning Techniques. This will aid the faculty members and research scholars from various institutions for their academic and research purpose
